I have listed a new property at 425 Ash ST in Saskatoon. See details here
Immaculate original owner home located in the heart of Queen Elizabeth. Pride of ownership is evident throughout the minute you walk in the door. The main floor features a spacious living room with gleaming hardwood flooring and built in China cabinet. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom down the hall and the kitchen has solid wood cabinets with an abundance of storage space. The basement has a cozy family room with gas fireplace and there is a custom designed concrete wall in the middle. The laundry room has a large cold room and unique in-floor safe along with new furnace (2022) and hot water heater (2022). The backyard is incredible with a plentiful garden full of raspberries, haskap berries and flows with red and white grapes. A single attached garage is at the front of the home (12x24) with an 8 ft door and double driveway and there is another single garage (12x24) with alley access in the back. Other upgrades include windows (2022) and sprayed in attic insulation. Ideally located on a 60x109 ft lot and only 2 houses away from the Weaver Park redesign and close to Queen Elizabeth school.
